Every SOYKA gift is unique, so we pay special attention to how it is transported. Flowers and fragile decor elements require careful handling, which is why delivery is carried out by a specialized courier service, straight to the recipient's door.
When filling out the form, you can specify your preferred date and time window. We will contact the recipient the day before to carefully arrange delivery, fully preserving the surprise and the secret of the gift's contents.
Return Policy
Since the contents of each gift are put together individually for your request, we cannot accept a return for the whole set at once (including fresh flowers or food items). However, if you or the recipient have any concerns about the quality of a specific interior item, accessory, or fragrance, we will be glad to help.
Just get in touch with us in whichever way is convenient. We will take care of the entire technical side of the process: arrange a courier pickup, carefully collect the item, and send it directly to the supplier store to arrange a return or exchange.
