Delivery & Returns

Every SOYKA gift is unique, which is why we pay special attention to its transportation. Flowers and fragile decor items require delicate handling, so delivery is carried out by a specialized courier service directly to the recipient's door.

When filling out the quiz, you can specify your preferred date and time slot. We will contact the recipient beforehand to gently coordinate the delivery, fully preserving the intrigue and the secret of the gift's contents.

Since the contents of each gift are curated individually for your request, we cannot accept returns for the entire set at once (including fresh flowers or food items). However, if you or the recipient have any questions regarding the quality of a specific home accessory, decor piece, or fragrance, we are absolutely here to help.

Simply contact us through your preferred method. We will fully handle the technical side of the process: we will arrange a courier to carefully pick up the item and send it directly to the supplier store to process the return or exchange.
